Hi, I'm Jessica Webb Cole! I have a BFA in drama from North Carolina School of the Arts and live and work as a professional actor based in Atlanta, GA. My love of bubbles, dancing, and children led me to start Bubble Celebrations in 2012. I cannot be more grateful to all of our clients for all the fun we have experienced together.
